the video was worth watching because it showed us that if we just change what we say or write and can change how our day could be and how we could change others as well so changing our words can make the day seem better than it is
ReplyDeleteThe video was about a man that had a sign that said he is blind and his sign did not produce as much sympathy as when the other woman wrote something that actually made people want to give to him and bring him back onto his feet. The video was worth watching because it showed us how words influence people in different ways.
ReplyDeleteI saw this video and it really touched my heart when I started watching I saw the blind man and already felt bad for him and then when I saw the lady change the sign and I wondered what she wrote and at the end when I saw it I felt like the words that she wrote changed the mans life and when I thought about it I releazied that you can completely

DeleteThe video showed that the power of words can change anybody's message and effect of the world. When I saw the old blind man sitting there waiting patiently with his sign saying I'm blind please help it really hurt because nobody took the time or even a minute to put the money correctly in his little thing it really showed me people were not concerned or even moved by it. But when the lady changed his sign that now read It's a beautiful day and I can't see it that really touched my heart because showed me how the power of words can effect the world and how the words had an effect on the people that were passing by. This video was worth watching because it showed a good moral and how a message can effect the world and the impacts it has in someone's life.
ReplyDeleteThe video showed that the power of the words can change everyone life, also the love from the word can effect the people feeling and the moral in the world. when the people are talking and laughing and the old man can not see the world, also he is begging the people cross the street with the word on the card board,after the girl change the word in the card board. And now the people can understanding the old man feeling, and the cross get him more money. The video is very worth to watching, and it that touched my so much because the word can change people life and it can change the beautiful world.
ReplyDeletethis video showed that the power of words can really change yours and everyone's lives. the man was sitting there and his sign said " I'm blind, please help". no one took the time to read the sign. they would throw the money on the ground and he would have to feel for it. but when the woman changed the wording, it caught people attention and and everyone placed the loose change in the tin can correctly.
ReplyDeleteThe video showed that wording something a little differently can change a persons perspective on the subject drastically. Just by the woman changing what his sign said, people were touched by it and helped him out by giving more money. If you can touch someone then they are more likely to be help.
ReplyDeleteWhen I watched this video, it helped me to realize how just the way something is said or worded can have a big affect on how people receive the message you are trying to convey. It is important that we use our words carefully and build a strong vocabulary so that we can communicate effectively and, in the case of the video, let people know of matters that are crucial to our survival and development.
ReplyDeleteThis video showed that just words really do affect people and their perspectives. When the woman changed the fellows sign, it touched many people and they were willing to be a blessing to him. If you be a blessing to someone they will turn around and be a blessing unto you as well.
ReplyDeleteThis is an interesting video demonstrating the power of words. The blind man’s words asking for help express similar thoughts as those given by the lady passing by. The two phrases differ in that he is more direct in asking for charity by simply stating his condition of blindness and requesting help. The lady’s words on the other hand do not really ask for charity at all, yet they cause the people that pass by and read them to offer the blind man more money. Her words point out two obvious conditions that many of us might take for granted. First, she points out what a beautiful day it is and then that the man is unable to see it. Her sign seems to yield more true empathy than his more blunt sign begging for help. It shows that people are more giving to those less fortunate when they realize how blessed they are. It ends by saying “change your words; change your world”, which emphasizes just how much of an impact our words can make depending on how we phrase them. I felt this video was worth watching, because it acted as a reminder to pay more attention to how I convey myself to others and ask if the message I am trying to send is getting across effectively.

The man's sign was obvious and is the kind of sign that you would see normally when walking past a blind man asking for money. But what the lady wrote, it made people think a little more about the way the blind man feels and the unfortunate things he has to go through everyday.

It was so touching and it made me appreciate more what I have and you truly realize that changing the words up can definitely effect peoples hearts and touch them . The lady passing by noticed that those are the usual words you see with people in his situation but she changed it so people could actually understand more how he feels and how it changes peoples hearts .

ReplyDeleteThis video really spoke to me, it was such and amazing message showed, it shows you how the power of words can really change someones life, and she didn't write need money or anything like that , she wrote a real messages that means something and would touch other people and i didnt even realize he was blind until i saw the sign, it was a great video and i think people should really learn from this that words can really get to people.

ReplyDeleteI thought this video was worth watching. It was a very emotional and sad story. But it was very true, he could not see and people did not notice that with the sign. But that lady changed some words and then people started to notice. It said that if you change some words, that those words can go along way and it can change people thinking's. I think this really demonstrated the power of words and what words can do. I almost teared up, but I didn't.

A lot of times we see people like this that are struggling and need help but we never do anything to try to help them, this woman changed a mans life by just changing a few words to help him out, if we follow this kind of example, we could probably change many peoples lives.
ReplyDeleteyes this video was definitely worth watvhing because it shows how words could change your whole perspective on a situation or on someone. at first they would just toss the money to him and he would have to find it and the message on his board wasnt very sympathetic , it didnt make people think twice. but when the lady changed the words around its like she gave it a whole new meaning and made people see his situation in a whole new light.

ReplyDeleteYes. I felt incredible true that the word watching this video. People are not going to help the blind and read the article that was in the beginning. But passing by a woman runner to modify the article, people began to make a donation to the blind. I felt like that this word is Giving a big impact to people. So I felt that I also spits horses to influence people. From now on, when you say that I also learned a little more carefully, and I must say.
