  1. palm Sunday was after Jesus came riding a donkey into Jerusalem and the palm branches that where placed in his path symbolizes victory which Jesus has done. The donkey Jesus rode symbolizes peace which is what Jesus meant. palm sunday is a time where we need to open our minds, hearts, and soul to jesus christ and prepare for his return

  2. Christian observe Palm Sunday on the Sunday before Easter. Celebrating Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem. The reason they call it Palm Sunday stems from the fact that when Jesus rode a donkey into Jerusalem, a large crowd of people in the city spread out palm branches on the ground before him as a sign of his kingship.

  3. Palm Sunday was on the Sunday before what we now know as Easter. Then Jesus entered Jerusalem riding a donkey. Now the donkey stood for peace. And as he rode in on his donkey, the people of Jerusalem layed Palm branches down in front of him as he rode. The Palm branches symbolized victory and as a king, which Jesus has done many times before.

  4. Palm Sunday is when Jesus was entering the town and the people laid there robes and branches before him. He rode in on a donkey because a donkey represents peace and he is peace. So palm Sunday is where we celebrate peace from Jesus Christ and how he loves us enough to show that he is peace.

  5. we haven't really heard of Palm Sunday but it was when Jesus rode into Jerusalem a couple days after he rose Lazarus from the dead and the people were throwing his robes and palm tree branches at his feet and he rode into the city with a donkey to represent peace and this is a really cool video because I didn't know apthese things like the Palm brancjes represent victory

Palm Sunday was when Jesus enter Jerusalem riding on a donkey while the crowds put their cloaks and palm branches all over the ground praising Him.He had just risen Lazarus form the dead.Jesus rode a donkey because a donkey represents peace and that anyone riding a donkey has peaceful intentions.The palm branches symbolizes triumph for victory.This video was really nice because it really explain the purpose of palm branches and it allows tells us that it will be the last week of Jesus before being crucify(Easter Sunday).

  7. Lazarus from the dead. It is also known "Passion Sunday" and occurred the week before his death and resurrection. He rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, symbolizing his peaceful intentions. As he rode in, the people laid out their robes and palm branches. The palm branches symbolized victory, which would later be Jesus's triumph over death.

  10. Palm Sunday is a day celebrated by Christians to commemorate the day that Jesus rode into town on a donkey. Jesus rode atop this donkey soon after raising Lazarus from the dead. The donkey symbolized that His intentions were peaceful, as He rode people began lying their garments on the ground and waving Palm branches which symbolized a triumph or victory.
